Thank you for joining the October 7, 2025 CML meeting. We appreciate the thoughtful discussion, district insights, and continued collaboration across our statewide math leadership community. For those who were unable to attend, we look forward to connecting with you next month as we continue the learning together.
Below is a brief recap of key topics and next steps:
Our meeting focused on deepening understanding of the five recommendations for High School Math Pathways and exploring how districts are implementing them through policy, practice, and perception. During the Instructional Leadership Learning portion, districts shared spotlights highlighting local innovations, followed by small-group discussions that surfaced key challenges, questions, and possible next steps.
Updates were provided from CCTM, NCSM, CDE, the Colorado Math Pathways Task Force, the High School Standards Revision Committee, and the CML Book Study. You can review full details by accessing the agenda and linked resources below.
The next meeting will be held on November 4, 2025, with continued focus on district spotlights and learning from national conferences. The final 30 minutes of the meeting will be reserved for Special Interest Group open conversations again. If you have a topic, question, or challenge you would like to explore with other Colorado math leaders, or a story, strategy, or district highlight you think others would benefit from, please reach out to Amber Gardner.
