This event is supported by Strong Start to Finish and is part of the Launch Years Initative.
Travel Grant Program
We have $5000 available to provide simple grants to K-12 school districts and charter schools to help offset the costs of attending this event, including expenses like mileage, hotel stays, or paying substitute teachers to cover for teachers who attend the summit. We will ask that attendees, while at the summit, complete a simple grant application on the behalf of their school or district to help us determine how best to distribute the funds. Grants will be awarded to districts or schools, not individuals.
Bringing Stakeholders Together
The Colorado Mathematics Task Force is a grassroots effort to improve opportunities for students to learn and use mathematics as they transition from high school to postsecondary. Task force members represent many organizations, including school districts, institutes of higher education, professional organizations, and government agencies.

- Ensuring representation of stakeholders and ideas
- Moving our draft recommendations forward with action steps and outcomes

Registration
Registration for the summit is free. You do not have to have attended any previous pathway events to attend this event.
Past Events
Summer 2024 Colorado Math Pathways Summit
On Thursday, June 13, 2024, more than 50 Colorado educators met in Cherry Creek School District's Fremont Building to learn about and engage in thinking about math pathways. Together, we got an introduction to what pathways work includes, looked at innovative pathway examples from other states, and contributed to draft recommendations for math pathways in Colorado. This free event was hosted by the Colorado Math Pathways Task Force, in cooperation with CCTM and CML, prior to the start of the CCTM Conference.
